Heirloom Eggs
Our beautiful heirloom eggs harken back to more traditional ways of farming. Bright yolks come from our collection of heritage breeds, and they have natural variations in size, shape and colour, including brown, blue, green, gray, and cream. Our hens are free-fed non-GMO layer pellets from Top Shelf Feeds (Duncan). Our girls and their protective Rooster, Silvio, are out early every morning to freely scratch their paddock or rotating grassed pasture. In warmer weather, we move them around the farm in their "chicken tractor" daily.
